His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Hamel, Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), met with His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud, Minister of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the sidelines of the 15th IEA-IEF-OPEC Symposium on Energy Outlooks held on 19 February in Riyadh.
During the meeting, HE Hamel commended HRH global leadership in energy matters and his instrumental role in fostering dialogue between energy producers and consumers. He congratulated HRH on the Kingdom's achievements in developing its natural gas industry and the remarkable growth in gas production. The discussions focused on energy markets developments and on the means of enhancing collaboration between the GECF and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
