His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Hamel, Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), met with His Excellency Francesco La Camera, Director General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), on the sidelines of the 15th IEA-IEF-OPEC Symposium on Energy Outlooks, held on 19 February in Riyadh.
