GECF Secretariat organized the 3rd and 4th Data Exchange video conference training session at the Headquarters of the GECF in Doha, Qatar on 27th and 28th of April, 2016.
The training session was organized based on decisions of GECF MCs’ Data Exchange representatives during their 6th meeting in Doha for the training program of DEC system.
The 3rd and 4th Data Exchange Video Conference Training was attended by nominated representatives from the Russian Energy Agency and the Iran Ministry of Petroleum. Both sessions were informative and educative to participants.
The mechanism of data exchange is designed to support the modeling activities and studies carried out by the GECF, and simultaneously manage data coordination and circulation amongst the GECF Member countries.
The Secretariat expects to have similar sessions with other GECF Member countries during the year 2016.
