Doha, Qatar | 21 October 2026 - H.E. Dr Philip Mshelbila, Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), received H.E. António Coelho Ramos da Cruz, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the State of Qatar, at the GECF Headquarters in Doha.

The meeting followed the Secretary General’s recent visit to Luanda and provided an opportunity to build on the positive momentum of engagement between the GECF and Angola.
