His Excellency Dr. Sentyurin met with Germany's Ambassador to the State of Qatar, His Excellency Hans-Udo Muzel in the framework of the Forum's dedication to meaningful dialogue between producers and consumers.
Within this conversation, the ties with Europe as the biggest consumer of natural gas are essential to the Forum. As Germany takes up a significant share of this market, the GECF is dedicated to keeping the country's official representatives abreast of the developments and achievements of the GECF such as the recent release of the GECF's Global Gas Outlook 2040.
The secretary general also informed the ambassador about the upcoming 2nd GECF International Gas Seminar in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea in November 2019 and invited him to take part in the Forum's regular events such at the monthly gas lectures.
