The GECF Secretary General attended the Valdai Conference held in Berlin, Germany. The title of the conference was: "Toward a New Model of Energy Security". The conference was attended by High level dignitaries and corporate executives from major IOCs and NOCs. Among them were, HE Alexander Novak, Minister of energy of Russian Federation, Alexander Miller, Chairman of Gazprom, Michael Borrell, senior Vice president of Total, Christopher Delbruk CEO of E.ON, Antonio Fallico Chairman of the Board of Director of Intesa Bank, Olivier Lazar, Vice president of Shell exploration and production, and other notable dignitaries in the energy sector.
