30 September 2026 | Almaty, Kazakhstan – On the sidelines of #KIOGE2026, H.E. Dr Philip Mshelbila, Secretary General of the GECF, held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Yerlan Akbarov, Vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The meeting provided an opportunity for the parties to exchange views on developments in the global energy landscape, the important role of #NaturalGas in supporting energy security and sustainable development and prospects for strengthening dialogue and cooperation between the GECF and Kazakhstan.
