On the sidelines of the International Energy Forum (IEF) Industry Advisory Council Meeting held in Bucharest, Romania, H.E. Dr. Philip Mshelbila, Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), held a meeting with Mr. Pedro Miras Salamanca, President of WPC Energy.
The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange views on areas of mutual interest, discuss upcoming events and explore opportunities for further cooperation in support of shared energy priorities. Discussions also highlighted the importance of continued dialogue and collaboration, with particular attention to opportunities for engagement in the African region and the advancement of energy development initiatives.
The Secretary General and Mr Salamanca expressed interest in strengthening collaboration and maintaining regular exchanges to explore areas of common interest and contribute to constructive dialogue within the global energy community.
