Responsible for providing legal advice and expertise in the law-related aspects of the Forum.
Head of office responsible for maintaining relations with the host government, Member Countries' Embassies, and International Organizations, and for preparation and coordination of meetings in the Secretariat.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with the media and other relevant institutions.
Responsible for appraising and examining the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards in the Secretariat.
Head of Department responsible for designing the procedures and tools for collection of statistics related to natural gas and other energy sources.
Head of Department responsible for defining internal rules and procedures of the Secretariat, managing budgeting and establishing the administrative and financial system.
Head of Department responsible for studying the short, medium and long-term developments of the world gas market.
The Secretariat is managed by the Secretary General, who is the chief officer. The Secretariat staff is distributed in four functional units to carry out the executive functions of the Forum and the research and modelling activity: the Department of Energy and Gas Market Analysis, the Department of Statistics and Gas Modelling, the Department of Administration and Finance and the Office of the Secretary General. Additionally, under direct supervision of the Secretary General are the Legal Officer, the Public Relations Officer and the Internal Auditor.
